We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us: • Contact data (name, email, phone): when you contact us through the channels indicated on the website, in order to handle your enquiry and provide the requested service. • Appointment data: when you book a consultation via Google Calendar, such data is managed by Google under their own privacy policy. • Browsing data (IP, pages visited, session duration): collected only if you accept analytics cookies, via Microsoft Clarity, for the purpose of improving user experience. We do not collect data from children under 14 or special category data.
3. Legal basis for processing
Processing of your data is based on: • Your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for sending commercial communications and the use of non-essential cookies. • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): for handling enquiries and bookings. • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for maintaining website security.
